Agricultural vehicle has made great contribution in increasing farmers' income, promoting agricultural production and boosting rural economics. Agricultural vehicle industry is in mature stage after multi-year development, and it is in critical period of product structure adjustment and industry elevation. Market competition is becoming more drastic, the degree of industry concentration is more and more intensive. Some competitors quit. Meanwhile agricultural vehicle has a bright future decided by the situation of our country and the characters of the product.After more than 10 years' development, Shifeng Group has become a large national business enterprise with agricultural vehicle as main products from a nameless small company. The production value of Shifeng Group has reached more than 10,000 million Yuan now. Shifeng Group is the biggest agricultural vehicle enterprise in China now and the economy benefit has realized the first place for 11 years in the industry. The paper studies the competitive strategy of Shifeng Group systematically. The paper analyzes the external environment of Shifeng Group including political environment, juristic environment, economic environment, technological environment and the environment of society, culture, population, geographic, then gets the influence of external environment to Shifeng Group. The paper also uses five competitive force analytic model analyzing the industry structure. Then there is a whole grasp to agricultural vehicle industry.
