In view of the actual situation of enterprise human resource management and related research,this paper used the Boston Consulting Group Matrix to explore the human resource classification management and dynamic optimization problem.By finding out the current lack of classification management of human resource management and dynamic management,improve the shortcomings of predecessors on the index selection,optimization of the two dimensions of the Boston Consulting Group Matrix,build the new HR-BCG-Boston matrix M human resources.Among them,the basic salary and performance salary constitutes the abscissa of matrix performance,age,educational background and job performance increment constitutes the ordinate development potential of the matrix.Matrix of human resources into young trap,star,Taurus,and four types of personnel,further analysis of their characteristics,and put forward the strategies of the identification and classification management of human resources.Meanwhile,it also proposed the strategy of human resource identification and classification management.According to the analysis of HR-BCG-M,this paper presented the physical measures of process and structural optimization of human resource classification and dynamic management in order to promote the long-term healthy growth and development of enterprises.In this paper,a new process model of human resource management,further deepen the understanding of human resource classification management,proposed the enterprise should pay attention to in the static structure of Taurus class talent reserves,pay attention to all kinds of personnel in the dynamic structure of mutual transformation,and put forward the crescent-shaped structure is the optimal structure of human resources,enterprise should according to its improvement.The end of this article is a combination of enterprise sales department for the empirical analysis,the conclusion of the sales department is in the rapid development of the enterprise,indicate the presence of the young child class personnel too much,Taurus class staff too little problem,its human resources structure should be optimized,and at the last sales department to the enterprise puts forward specific Suggestions and measures.
