Nowadays, as the development of science and technology and social progress, the competition among enterprises become more severe. Enterprises increasingly high demand on the quality of staff. And enterprise and the evaluation of the overall quality of the staff between have a direct relation. More and more enterprises in China have begun to realize the competition of talent is finally the competition among enterprises and also are the enterprises training competition. The only way to win our competitors is learning faster than our competitors, emphasizing on training, giving importance to the enhancement of the quality of staff. Only through staff training and constantly updating it, mastering new skills and adapting to the higher demands coping with the more challenging work, can the staff keep pace with social development that meets the needs of enterprise development. Thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and ultimately achieving enterprise employees a "win-win"situation. This requires the building of an effective employee training system. Countless successful foreign enterprises have proved: staff training not only requires for its own development but also is the need of enterprise development. Training plays an important role in the enterprises to adapt to changes of the external environment, to meet staff needs of personal growth, to improve performance and to enhance the quality of the staff. An optimization of the training system is essential for the development of enterprises. Staff training has become an important role in human resource management, and plays an irreplaceable role in the strategic plan.This thesis is based on the basic principles of learning and training, through the original company of CSG staff training and development status analysis, and raises a new designed options which is a more comprehensive review of staff training's effect on enterprise development. The title is CSG staff training system design, which belongs to human resources field. In light of the actual conditions, staff training needs analysis and develop training plans, training project design, training options and conduct studies to assess the effectiveness of the training and design. Try best to train developing strategic needs, - quality work force, so as to achieve a win-win development between the enterprise and it's staff.In this paper, there are four major sections. The first part: the basic system design and background. In this paper, the main thing is to create the basic conditions such as: the development of the industry, product, as well as the overall situation of the CSG company, human resources, the status of the training of a more comprehensive presentation and analysis. The entire training system is designed to lay a foundation in reality; Part II: The basic theory and the training methods. It mainly relates to the theoretical knowledge and training, the history of the development of technology and training methods, training principles such as a summary of analytical and expositions CSG posed a staff training system designed for the theoretical foundation; Part III: CSG corporate training system design. According to the current industry "structured training system" ideas, the target system design, design principles, the guiding ideology proceed: 1. Training management system 2.Teaching resource and training institutions; 3.Training system. 4. Training security system. Through the above four points of CSG companies in the design and training system for a more organized for the full and detailed explanation and analysis. This section is the principal part and the core of the thesis. Part IV: CSG corporate training evaluation system. As part of this entire article draws, it mainly has two parts: One is the characteristics of CSG training system, the presentation and analysis of the pros. The other is a list of some author's feeling , in fact implementing a system of quality training.
