According to "Several opinions of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern insurance services" in August 2014, it proposes to reach 5% of China’s insurance penetration in the year of 2020. The insurance industry should be located in the level of social stability, social governance, social security and social security. This indicates a stage of China’s insurance industry that China is moving from a major insurance country to an insurance powerhouse.Over 60 years development, Company P has become the Asia’s largest, most comprehensive strength non-life insurance company. The mission of Company P is "People’s insurance, benefit to people". With the Business philosophy of "Market-oriented and Customer-centric" and the enterprise spirit of "Objectivity, Integrity, hard-working and innovation", Company P has provided the great protection for clients who demand to transfer risk. In terms of the international department of Guangdong Branch, it has clearly aware that it is necessary to establish an educational training system which is prospective, scientifically sound, and enterprise-fit in order to win the competition in the highly competitive market environment.The dissertation will analyses the existing issue of business training of the international department of Guangdong branch of Company P and suggests contributing a training system guided by strategic plan of the company development. By mainly using questionnaire surveys, comparative method and interview, it will point four primal problems that the business training are untargeted, non-sequence, monotonous, and incomplete evaluation system. A new and effective training system mentioned in this dissertation is contributed for solving the above problems and optimize the original resource.The conclusion of the dissertation has great significance to the international department of Guangzhou branch of Company P and others who value the training system for their employee.
