The 21st century has witnessed the rapid progress of science and technology. After China's entry into WTO, ceaseless challenges have been posed upon the enterprises in the country. Being faced with the more intense competition from the global market, the enterprises in the country are in a critical situation to change their strategy, which makes the human resource management a priority to survive. The essential concept for human resource management includes the efforts for gaining talented staff and offering them further training. The study into the two realms has been meaningful for any enterprise manager.The essay has chosen a subject concerning the design for Yuzhou Company's human resource training system. After a review on plenty of books on HR training and management, a survey was conducted on the company's HR system to discuss key issues related to the system. During the investigation, literature review, questionnaire design and other methodologies were adopted in a bid to offer an ideal solution to the company's HR management.
