Since the90s, many enterprises in order to speed, quality, cost, service and so on keyindexes for more competitive advantage, have to implement business processreengineering (BPR). But with the deepening of the BPR, people gradually realize that notonly to function within and between the functions of the process reengineering, also tocross organization flow reengineering. In the market competition main body by a singleenterprise to supply chain form migration of the new environment, enterprise to enhancetheir competitiveness, also need the thought of BPR with the aid of the innovation inmanagement. So under the environment of supply chain business process reengineering tobecome the enterprise reform and the focus of attention. Based on Chinese manufacturingas the study background, the exploration under the environment of supply chain enterpriseBPR theory method and application research. The main research content is as follows:Firstly, based on the review of business process reengineering on the present researchat home and abroad, through with the comparison of the traditional business processreengineering, this paper reveals the supply chain process reengineering study of thetheoretical value and practical significance; Combed the supply chain management,business process reengineering and the internal relationship between the related basictheory, for the paper research provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, it discusses the supply chain environment business process reengineeringstrategy in the paper, and the business process modeling methods for comparative analysis,highlighted the Petri net modeling, the advantage of Petri nets and established the ESIAcombination of supply chain process modeling optimization method, and put forward theprocess accuracy design test analysis method.Thirdly, it analyzes the supply chain process value in the paper, puts forward the corebusiness process identification principles and methods, and the core business processreengineering performance evaluation research, from the process cost and processefficiency, customer satisfaction and process flexible four aspects construct the processreengineering performance evaluation index system, using the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation.Finally, with QY company’s core business process reengineering, for example, makesa positive analysis on the company based on the analysis of the current situation, in orderto post target of the process reengineering method within the company into "market chain"mechanism, through the optimization matrix selection company core process, using Petrinets to the modeling analysis, and the core process reengineering effect was evaluated.
