S Of City Commercial Banks G Branch Of Brain Drain

With the fierce competition of financial environment in domestic and foreign, the problem of the brain drain is increasingly prominent. The city commercial bank, which is developed in Inner Mongolia region and has set up lots of branches in the nation, is also confronted with the challenge of brain drain. On the background of the Economic Globalization and the Global Financial Crisis, this thesis, studies the brain drain in the G branch of S bank, and then proposes the practicable solutions. Overall, it contains four parts as follows:The introduction begins with the research background and significance of the topic, gives out the definitions of related concepts, describes the references at home and abroad, then points out the research object, and finally concludes with the study methodology and the framework.The first chapter focuses on the concept and the fundamental theories of brain drain, including the standard, scope, and the features of the talented people and so on so forth. As the theoretical basis for this study, a brief introduction of Hierarchy of Needs, and the theory on Price Model, Risk Management and Human Resources are also provided.The second chapter analyses the current situation and finally summarizes the impacts of the brain drain in the G branch of city commercial bank S, with a comprehensive overview of trends of the brain drain which are closely associated with the bank itself, the staff, and the external environment.The third chapter puts forward the policies to cope with brain drain for the G branch of bank S, from the aspects like establishing the Broad-Band Salary System, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, and making career plans for the employees and so on.
