In recent years,against the backdrop of a slowdown in economic growth,increased volatility in financial market,the rise of Internet finance and the tightening of banking regulatory standards,the operating performance of Bank A Branch Dalian has declined,and the pressure on employees to work has increased.But,employees' income has grown weakly.At the same time,the number of financial institutions in Dalian area become larger than before,competition among banks has intensified,and the competition for talents has become more fierce than before.Since 2013,the number of talents lost to Bank A branch Dalian has increased significantly,and the loss rate has continued to be high.The brain drain will cause the transfer of high-quality customers and professional knowledge,which has brought a huge negative impact on Dalian bank.It means a lot for Dalian branch to achieve continuous development and stable operation by analyzing the loss of staff,finding out the main causes of staff loss,and putting forward strategies for preventing brain drain.Firstly,this paper expounds the research results on brain drain at home and abroad.Secondly,through the collection and analysis of the data on the staff turnover of Dalian branch since 2013,it is found that the composition and trend of the brain drain of Dalian branch in terms of age,position,and education level.Thirdly,according to PRICE-MUELLER(2000)model design questionnaire,this paper summarizes the main reasons of brain drain in Dalian branch by analyzing the results of the questionnaire.Finally,according to the operating status of Dalian branch,this paper puts forward the strategies to prevent the loss of Dalian branch employees,namely,improving the pay distribution mechanism,rationally formulating the employee career planning,optimizing the performance assessment system,improving the employee training system,and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture.Using the mature brain drain model,this paper analyzes the current situation and puts forward the optimization measures,which will help Dalian branch to achieve the strategic goal of the stable and sustainable development of the talents team and the overall management.
