State-owned commercial banks,as an important component of the domestic financial system,have a great impact on the whole economic development.In recent decades,State-owned commercial banks have experienced great changes,gradually shifted from the state-owned system to the market economic system.Talent as the most important resources for a business development,the management of talent,reduce the loss of talent,have become an urgent problem for state-owned commercial banks.In the increasingly fierce competition in the state-owned banking industry,exist not only foreign banks,but also joint-stock banks which pay high salaries to attract talent.The management of brain drain,will not only help to improve the management Level of state-owned bank's human resources,but also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The theoretical part of this paper,firstly combs the theory of brain drain at home and abroad.The research on brain drain in foreign countries mainly focuses on the brain drain model,the turnover tendency and how to improve the brain drain.The focus of domestic research is on the brain drain,the reasons for the improvement of the current situation of brain drain.Among them,the reasons for the brain drain of commercial banks are still relatively limited,through the combing of relevant literature,we analysis the status of brain drain of Shandong Branch of bank A,and put forward relevant measures.The empirical part of this paper is based on the data on the brain drain of the Shandong branch of Bank A.Since the author works in the human resources department of Bank A,the data can be obtained through the inner channels.Firstly,combing the organizational structure and human resource composition of Shandong branch of Bank A.Then,based on the brain drain data,combing and comparing seven indicators,to analyze the the character of brain drain.After that,analyzes the causes of the brain drain of Shandong branch of Bank A from the external macro environment,the internal environment of the enterprises and the individual factors of the employees.Finally,according to the current situation and reasons of the brain drain of Shandong branch of Bank A,put forward the countermeasures and concrete measures for the brain drain of Shandong branch of Bank A and all the other state-owned commercial banks.From the establishment of human resources planning to the improvement of brain drain,from the career planning of new staffs to the career planning of manager,from personnel training program to the staff development channel,from the performance appraisal system to the establishment of a harmonious and relaxed corporate culture atmosphere,we bring all aspects of the measures to deal with the brain drain.
