Research Google Technology's Application In Network Collaboration System

As an advanced working mode, Network Collaborative Work has brought about a great convenience in problem research and dealing. Operation flow and progress are seriously impacted by the problems of huge data size, information redundancy and data sec-urity which caused by the monotonicity of data processing mode. The Collabo-rative Management System, which increased information operating factor through building a halfplace and changing traditional data processing mode, solved those mentioned problems perfectly.Workflow,the key technology of collaborative work theory,is elaborated in this treatise. The advantages and effects of network collaboration has been given out meanwhile. The technology of Google including its advantage is discussed directly,a conceive about using Google technology as the foundation of collaboration platform is proposed subsequently. Discussion paper for the network cooperation,Besides, how to research this system is Proposed further more and implement this network collaboration platform.First of all,this treatise gives a general overview of the concepts of Cooperative Work System,Workflow,Google and etc.And then, Through researching in the features of Google's products net coop-eration, a conceive about building a collaborative platform combining with workflow, network collaboration theory and Google API is proposed based on the Google technology.Further more,there are not only a research on the Google API technology but also a discussion about the architecture and application modeling of workflow theory in the network collaborative system. The analyzing on data in the workflow system, combined with the describing in UML modeling tool on collaboration platform's architecture, gives a hand in both of building a cooperation-oriented model and designing a workflow engine. And architecture of collaborative work system based on Google Sites is built moreover.The above conclusions, this treatise summed up the advantages of Google technology, and discussed on the combination of Google technology and collabora-tive application. Additionally, a research approach is presented in the purpose of building a collaborative work platform which is inexpensive but not inefficient. Both the problems and researching direction are pointed out definitely in the last section.
