Development And Research Of WorkFlow Management System Based On Agent

Workflow mode is widely used in office,production,manufacturing and other fields of modern society, which has played an important role.Workflow is the core technology to achieve business process modeling,simulation optimized analysis, process management and integration,and ultimately the business process automation.With the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise automation,workflow technology plays an increasingly important role in the office environment,industry and manufacturing and other fields.Workflow management system is the development and implementation of workflow tools and platforms.However,there are problems in most existing workflow management systems, for example, lacking soft,interoperability is not high, lacking dynamics of throughput and does not support distributed applications, which greatly restricts the development and application of workflow technology.Since the 1990s, agent increasingly becomes the one of the terms used most frequently in a variety of computer documents and technical development plans of many companies. Agent technology is a hot research area of the current computer applications, and the research about agent become rising increasingly, which is one of the goals and trends of the future technology development. Artificial intelligence and network technology development contributed to the development of agent technologies, which provide a new calculation method to solve complex, dynamic, distributed smart applications. The characteristic of autonomy, interactivity, initiative, study and the movement of agent are good solutions to prevailing problems of the current workflow management system, and can construct workflow system of complex structure,flexible, soft,easy expansion,dynamic throughput.The thesis firstly introduces the related concept and development status of workflow technologies, highlighting the workflow system reference models and its main components. And then discuss the related theory of agent, multi-agentand mobile agent in detail. And research into the workflow modeling deeply, analyze the workflow models based on Petri Net and workflow modelling based on agent.Finally propose an agent-based workflow management system model.Analyze and design the agent-based workflow management system in detail from those aspects such as the work flow system design objectives, system architecture, operational processes and functional module,discussing the function of every agents and how they collaborate with each other. And develop a workflow management system, which furtherly prove the feasibility and practicality of the system model.
