With the rapid development of information technology, we have entered the era of digital learning. teaching and learning Through the network has become a new learning trend, but the previous learning management systems who experience the development of several generations, have big problems, mainly as single teaching method, monotonous teaching methods, can not effectively control the process of student learning and so on, especially on the reusability and interoperability of learning design. In order to solve existing problems, IMS LD specification builds up, it is concerned about the learning design process, emphasis on the design of sequence of events and activities, but also concerned about the tracking and supporting of the learning process and specific teaching, is particularly concerned about reusability and interoperability of learning design.
