Oa System Design And Security Research For Hospital Of Military

Human society is entering the information times, information is dominated resources for the government, enterprises and institutions. With the extensive application of network technology, office activities, such as online real-time, online office, online collaboration, has become the core of human information in twenty-first century world. At present, OA (Office Automation) system development has entered a stage of Lotus Domino/Notes , which represented the third generation of technology. Lotus Notes and Domino are groupware software of IBM. As an integrated collaborative environment, the Lotus Notes client and the Lotus Domino server combine enterprise-class messaging and calendaring & scheduling capabilities with a robust platform for collaborative applications. So it is in need and meaningful for us to analysis of its architecture, study it's security system and do our own security research on them.To construction the hospital OAS as the background,We select Lotus Domino /Notes as the development platform for the OA system, utilizing the powerful communication cooperation function , safe control function and second development function of Lotus Domino/Notes, which the OAS is based on.This paper introduces what is OA and its internal development, It studies the security mechanism of Domino/Notes and studies the security technology related to the OA system, includes cryptogram technology, security of database , digital certificate, SSL. This paper analyses the OAS's internal frame, functional module design. To meet the hospital's higher security requirements, and security leaks found in Lotus Notes, We propose office automation system security strategy, integrate with Domino/Notes, use smart card, digital signature, emphasize the security of the system.
