Design And Implementation Of The OA System Of Lotus Based On Domino/Notes

With the rapid development of modern computer technology, communication technology, network technology and automation technology, information level of people is improved, so that the OA technology has a higher level of development, application of office automation technology is one of the important signs of the rapid development of modern society. Especially in higher learning institutions, along with the scale expanding, the office should have a new change, to ensure that the college administration, teaching, scientific research and student management, coordination of the steadily, and the sharing of information resources, improve the efficiency of campus, campus office. The system in the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign university is based on the OA system, combining the characteristics of college office, with Lotus Domino/Notes as development platform, the design and implementation of the OA system based on Lotus Domino /Notes.This is the actual demand of Lotus Domino/Notes platform construction in Colleges and Universities Based on the work of the OA system as the background, using the information technology and the analysis and design of OA system is implemented on Lotus Domino/Notes platform.This thesis firstly introduces the OA system of the historical background and significance of the research, elaborated the development present situation and development trend of concept and the domestic and foreign OA system, OA system, an objective analysis of the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of China’s OA system in Colleges and universities, aiming at the existing problems, the specific position of the development of OA system in Colleges and universities.Secondly, based on the development of our college OA system, introduces the design of OA system technology and Lotus Domino/Notes as the development platform, the groupware technology and the workflow technology as the key; then carries on the demand analysis to the OA system, the system function, business requirements and safety requirements, combined with the actual situation in our hospital, the overall design of the system is described in detail. Combined with the author in the system development process in the task, this thesis focuses on the research and analysis of the documents management and information query module two, and the user signature analysis done.Finally, the work was analyzed and summarized, the problems existing in the system are analyzed, and discusses future work ideas to solve these problems.
