With the fast development of automotive industry, the cars stepping into Chinese residents more and more swifrly, and the entry into WTO of China, the mechamical parking equipment, as an effective measure to solve the seriour parking problem existing in some big and medium-sized cities, have been paid more and more attention.The vertical rotary parking equipment is one type of the mechanical parking equipment. According to the structural traits of a new type of vertical rotary mechanical parking equipment designed by us and the requirements to the control sustem, a kind of PLC control system scheme and a electric power draw system scheme are developed in this paper; the control system is designed; the control system's functional experimentation have been made on the model of tthis kind of parking equipment manufactured by us; in the end, the summary and the prospect to this paper's study work is given.Firstly, the PLC control system scheme is presented in this paper. The drawing of schematic documents, the choice of hardwares and the configuration is fimished, the parking algorithm is determined, and the software program is compiled.Secendly, based on the parking equipment's working traits and the requirements of the electrification control, the electric power draw system scheme is developed. The scheme determines the component of electric power system, the selection of electrecal machinery and all kinds of low pressure electrical equipments, the determination of working velocity, studies the accurate position-fixed an layer-settled techmology during the course of parking an car-selected process, discusses the velocity control of pole-change an frequency conversion method, and the securable techmology of the parking equipment.The master-slave distributed control system plan is the main developing trend of the mechanical parking equipments. According to the traits of the parking equipment and some examples applied to other situations, a kind of master-slave distributed control system's hardware and software design plan is recommended in this paper, and the system's working principles and the main design pionts are given. Furthermore, the hardware and software functional test have been made in the experimental model of this kind of parking equipment manufactured. The components of the model and the control system experimental content, methods and the test results are introduced. Through the model experimentation, the validity of PLC design scheme, PLC program and the parking algorithm are examined. In the end, a type of man-machine interface is designed.
