Business Process Modeling has being a hot issue. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is aimed at improving the relationship between enterprises and customers, customer loyalty and satisfaction of the new management mechanism. Customer Relationship Management system will further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Customer relationship management system is a customer-oriented information management. Informative feature is large and relatively complex.It is an urgent that we need to integrate information resource quickly as no time and space constrainted ,and to maximize corporate internal and external resources and technology. Therefore, the CRM business process modeling has become critical.For that this paper for the first time applies PI calculus (π-Calculus) to model business process of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, as well as Implementation of it. The main part of the contents is as the following.Firstly, we apply UML to model the CRM business processes and conduct a preliminary analysis. First of all, we analyse the business processes from the role of the user and then model sub-system of orders, customer information management system, after-sales service system, distribution management system used UML.Secondly, comparing the current modeling approaches and combining with the characteristics of the modeling method, we make modeling rules to adapt to CRM system. In according to the rules ,we make the original UML model into a sophisticated and abstract and logic calculus of PI .Thirdly, in order to ensure the accuracy of the model,this paper used the verification tools of MWB(Mobility Work Bench) to verify PI calculus logic.It presented a completely verification.It analyse, detecte and track every step of the interactive process of system used MWB(Mobility Work Bench).Fourthly, this paper used a more mature platform to the database design, furthermore,it complete the detailed design of system database.Fifthly, in the J2EE platform, we complete the overall framework of the system based on the Struts framework.
