Enterprise product design is a process of knowledge application and creation that integrates a large amount of data,information,and rules.Personal knowledge are usually limited.As the core of concurrent engineering operation mode in advanced manufacturing technology,collaborative design is gradually accepted and applied by enterprises.Knowledge collaboration is particularly important in collaborative design.Therefore,the research which studys how to build a corporate-oriented collaborative design management system knowledge base has very important theoretical significance and market application value for the realization of knowledge collaboration.Based on the enterprise-oriented collaborative design management system,this thesis focuses on the research on the knowledge base organization and management of collaborative design,and aims to assist enterprises to develop fast and effective product design through enterprise knowledge collaboration.(1)This thesis analyzes the application background and work characteristics of collaborative design,and clarifies the functional requirements of collaborative design.Aiming at the current development needs of enterprises,this thesis proposes an enterprise-oriented collaborative design management system model that integrates knowledge base functions which can solve the problem of knowledge collaboration and the rapid growth of designers in the context of collaborative design.(2)Based on the study of knowledge representation and semantic web,ontology representation is used as a method to construct a knowledge base.Taking the green design domain knowledge for example,this thesis analyzes knowledge of concepts,relationships,attributes etc.,and builds the domain ontology of green design,which can be visually expressed after introducing Antv G6.Based on the reasoning function of the Semantic Web,a collection of green design rules is created,which realizes the reasoning function of green design knowledge,and it lays the foundation for the realization of ontology-based case reuse.(3)The case similarity problem of green products is decomposed into the similarity problem of the description text of the green design of the parts by CBR.After handling the description text by NLP technology,the cosine similarity is used to calculate similarity between the description text and generate a similarity matrix.The work realizes the reuse of cases based on ontology through the similarity value among cases.(4)By using the front-end and back-end combination technology of Semantic UI+Spring Boot,the knowledge base system KBSECDM v1.0 for enterprise collaborative design management is designed.Taking the green design of the electronic product mouse for example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform system function are verified.This study has reference significance for the construction of knowledge bases in other fields.
