Research Of Virtual Organizations Knowledge Management In Software Remote Implementation Team

In the rapid development of network information technology and economic globalization, the process of the Virtual Organization, as a new form of organization, is gradually changing the traditional production and life styles of villagers. Knowledge management is emerging management ideological trend and the method of the new economic era. The virtual organization is often in very complicated dynamic changes in its management process,the operators must do some adaptive adjustments constantly, according to the change of environment. So the virtual organization management is a whole process in which the enterprise staff acquire, create, share, integrate, record, access, and update the information and knowledge. In the current software project implementation process, remote implementation of the project team as a knowledge-intensive organization team based on modern network communication technology has unparalleled advantages. Thus the effective management of the knowledge of the remote implementation team will appear particularly important.In this paper, we analyze knowledge management of the Shandong Shinho implementation of the BenqGuru eHR software. We mainly discussed the main source of the knowledge of the remote implementation team and the main technical platform of its knowledge management and the main demand and the significance of the knowledge management of the current remote implementation team and the characteristics of its knowledge management, analyzed the critical factor - the knowledge transfer and the knowledge sharing which influences success of the remote implementation team knowledge management and obtained the successful judgment standard of the remote implementation team.
