The Research On Document Manage System Of Virtual Organization Based On Project Research And Development

Virtual organization (VO) can be regarded as a kind of model that combines entity, resource and originality together by a serious of techniques like computer technology. Limited by the structure, virtual organization doesn't have a public place that all members of VO can work in, so the knowledge communication and accumulation will be limited. To solve the problems, a knowledge manage system which help VO members acquire the knowledge timely should be built. With the help of the system, VO members communicate their knowledge and cooperate with each other to manage the knowledge they have, that will improve the efficiency of knowledge management and increase the competition ability of entity.The aim of this article is to find out the special requirements of VO and provide a tool for virtual organization as a assistant to manage the knowledge and send individuation knowledge to virtual organization members. The major work completed as follows:(1) Manage the phases of project; control the work flow of every phase;(2) Manage the state of virtual teams which form the VO, and control the structure of VO;(3) Manage the documents generated in the process of project, make sure that the documents of technical are actual and exact;(4) Manage the materials referred the technology and knowledge that are useful to project work, trance the knowledge to the people who need it;(5) Apply EPSS to virtual organization members, recommend people the work they have to do, help members to cooperate with each other and adjust them to organization.
