Enterprises and institutions are faced with unprecedented competitive pressures including information, technology and human resources. The using and managing of information , including information integrating, circulating, data reporting, and intelligence analyzing, are the most important things of all. They're the key factors of the enterprise competition.After reform and opening, our economy achievements attract worldwide attention, the leaders of various state organs and institutions are also considering how to improve internal management level, reduce the duplication of work, and improve the efficiency and service standards.This subject summarize the characteristic of existing office system modules like more distributed and scope of papers, and created a full-featured, simplify office system.This paper mainly focuses on the works listed below:1.
