Based On The Knowledge Map Of Subject Information Resources Construction In The Study

The construction of information resources of subjects is an important part of university’s construction of subjects, which not only includes the development of physical literature resources, but also includes the construction of virtual digital information resources, and we can not ignore to mine the tacit knowledge. We must strengthen the construction of information resources of subjects, so that a school can obtain long-term development, or it just likes passive water, and it will be difficult to sustain. With the deepening of interdisciplinary research, and information technology continues to spread, universities encountered many problems when they constructed information resources of subjects. Many scholars have presented their solutions, and these methods have had some effects, but they did not consider the problems from the global and holistic perspectives. These methods can not reflect the characteristics of the general contact of the academic information resources, can not indicate the concept of universal connection in the environment of the web2.0. This paper attempts to use the knowledge map as a knowledge management tool, hoping to improve the construction of information resources of subjects, and provide some new ideas and inspirations.This paper introduces current problems and solutions in the construction of information resources of subjects. It summarizes the types and functions of knowledge map, and then compares knowledge map methodology and existing methods which used in the construction of information resources of subjects. On this basis, combined with the knowledge of my own, this paper analysises the feasibility, proposes targets, function modules, implementation mechanism and implementations of knowledge map-based construction of information resources of subjects.In order to verify the practical application of the knowledge map tool, this paper chooses the new, comprehensive exhibition economy and management subject as an object. In aid of Mind Manager software, the paper describes the structure of resources and their links, such as the introduction of the subject, literature resources, audio and video resources, relevant colleges and researchers, academic discussion groups, academic and industry dynamics, related websites, user recommendations, the same level subjects and so on. The paper analyzes the case, indicating that relative to existing methods of the construction of information resources of subjects, knowledge map tool is better at reflecting the integrity and connection of information resources of subjects, and reflecting the concept of users’interaction. In order to resolve the shortcomings of the case, this paper talks about the relationships of the exhibition of economic and management and related disciplines from two perspectives:curriculum and research directions of researchers. It fully reflects the integrated nature of the subject.This paper not only can tell that the knowledge map tool can be applied to the construction of information resources of subjects, but also it demonstrates the knowledge map could be widely applied in the knowledge management. Meanwhile, it embodies the advantages of knowledge map of its mining tacit knowledge, knowledge innovation and cooperation. It can be found that as the study object, the exhibition economics and management is emerging and is full of vitality and development potential. This paper indicates the relations and crossings with many other disciplines in the curriculum and research fields.
