Information globalization begans in the mid-90s of 20th century, marked by the rapidly growing popularity of global television broadcasting, telephone telecommunications network and internet, and the proposed and implemented plan of Information superhighway. Information technology have an enormous and profound impact on economic and social development in the production, research and education, health care, business and government management, as well as the wider use in the family.It changed people's lifestyles, behavior patterns and values Fundamentally.Information Society is a new social form, created a new social relationship.The concept, the patterns, the forms of communication and media forms has changed in information society.and it also have an impact on the concept of communication talent, the contents of education, educational philosophy and mode.
