Design Of Land Public Information Management System Based On Ria And Webgis

The informationization of land and resource is the important composition of national informationization construction. Now,in every province and city,it has become an important job that how to use modern information technology to develop urban cadastral management information system which having integrated structure,full functions,advanced techniques and fitting in with the needs of land and resource management, modernization in our land and resource informationization construction.With the improvement of application technology of second generation, namely, Rich Internet Application(RIA), its strong abilities of calculation and interactivity will cause revolutionary change to the application of Internet and brings new opportunity for the development of Land Information System. So, the author integrated the WebGIS technology with other mature technology, designed the general framework of public information management system, based on ria technologies and the silverligh land webgis technology, constructed database model of land and homeland public information sharing platform which in line with the needs of land management applications.The main works and creations are as the following: put forward the idea and methods of building a national land information services ,which is ria-based technologies for silverligh and webgis; with the actual needs of homeland department , analysis of land information management of business processes, data flow and the system function has been conducted; detailed description of the overall system architecture, the overall functional structure and database design, system security design has been done; the author also analog Google Earth, cut plan to adopt a classification system, using Silverlight technology, hierarchical grid displays a variety of land-based data; combined with land and natural resources data sharing and application requirements, provide many characteristic funtions such as data directory services, multi-view map window.The system can be used in land and resource management to raised working level of cadastral management ,to promote achieving the goal of informationization,scientification and standardization management of land and resource in city.
