Maintainace And Optimization Of Guangxi Mobile Intelligent Network

With the development of Intelligent Network technology, more and more intelligent network services are becoming popular in peoples'daily life. How to keep the network operating with high quality is one of the key issues for mobile operators.This thesis is addressed on how to improve the optimization of intelligent network system according to six sigma business management strategy. General speaking, the six sigma project has four phases:define the problem, put forward a practical solution, undertake the suggested solution and evaluate the results. Experiences and key techniques are also discussed at the end of this thesis.The thesis begins with a concise definition of the purpose of the optimization of intelligent network, that is to help the network maintainer to locate the hardware and software warnings or errors as fast as possible, it also can be used to estimate the potential drawbacks and bugs according historical data by data mining and analyzing, and which can be used to make suitable solutions. Based on this, this paper is concentrated on the details of basic functions of Intelligent Network charge inspect subsystem, main modules and inner relationships among them.Up to now, the optimization solution proposed by the thesis has been adopted by GuangXi Mobile. Compared with previous solution, this method has promoted the working efficiency as well as the synchronization and accuracy of data, and the quality of maintenance and network control has also been improved dramatically.
