Therefore, designing and developing apersonal project information management tool is very important.Firstly, based on the comprehensive analysis of existing personalinformation management tools, the objective of developing a personalproject information management tool is put forward, and the principlesand programs for the development of the tool is illustrated briefly.Secondly, according to the process of personal information management,requirements analysis and modules analysis of systems are made andmodel plan is established. Finally, the implementation and application ofthe main part of the system are described in detail.The main characteristics of the paper is that a tool is developedaiming at managing the personal project information related to work onthe basis of personal information management. With the help of thesystem, every individual's personal project information can be managedeffectively, thus his time can be arranged reasonably and his efficiencycan be improved greatly. The tool would not only facilitate the personalproject information management, it also can be used in other similarinformation management tools development.
