Automatic control theory is the basic theory of higher learning automation courses,but also computer,electronic information,testing and other major professional courses.However,due to the high theoretical requirements,large amount of calculation and abstraction of knowledge in this course,students often have difficulties in understanding the actual learning process.At the same time,due to the shortage of university laboratory resources,some experiments can not be carried out due to the restriction of equipment conditions,which indirectly affects the students' learning effects.In recent years,with the rapid development of the operating system of mobile devices represented by Android,consumer electronic products such as smart phones and tablet computers have changed people's lives.The developme nt of mobile Internet technology has made online live broadcasting widely used in remote conferences,Distance education and so on.In this paper,a remote experimental teaching system based on Android is designed.The experimental device is a dual-propeller device that simulates the control system of the rolling channel of the tilting rotorcraft.The video collecting terminal and player that can be applied to the Android smart phone are designed to realize the remote experiment teaching demonstration,Facilitate teacher curriculum design and student self-study.Tiltrotor is a new type of aircraft that has the ability to take off and land vertically.And its cruising performance and fixed-wing aircraft the same.During the vertical take-off and landing phase,the system shows great nonlinearity due to the strong interference,and its control scheme is often complicated.Therefore,the research of tilting rotorcraft in recent years has been a hot topic in the field of control.In this topic,the focus is the rolling channel on the control of in helicopter mode.The complete model of the dual propeller device is established and the desired rolling channel model is extracted.The feedback signal acquisition based on STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller and ESP8266 WiFi module hardware circuit,write a brushless DC motor speed control program to drive the propeller,and commissioning the device under laboratory conditions.This text has proposed the Android video frequency transmission system framework based on WiFi wireless network,set up Android system development environment based on Android studio.Design of video capture,encoding client,PC-based server live555,video decoding,playback client.Realize the wireless video transmission,convenient teaching demonstration.
