The automatic detection technology is a professional main course that is closely related to engineering in the automation discipline.It has many pre-requisite courses,many physical quantity detection methods,and strong independence.Students' theoretical courses are difficult to learn,and these help students through scientific and reasonable experiments.In-depth understanding of the principles and methods of detection and the important ways to apply it,the experiment has a very important role in the teaching and learning of automatic detection technology courses.The flow rate and liquid level as the basic thermal quantity are important contents of the automatic detection technology course.However,due to the complicated installation,large site,long experiment time and difficult equipment maintenance,the flow detection and liquid level detection experimental devices are automatically tested.It is generally difficult to carry out flow and liquid level testing experiments,which seriously restricts the teaching and learning effects.To this end,this dissertation uses the "Open Remote Flow and Liquid Level Integrated Experimental Platform System Design" as the research content to develop a set of students.The experimental system of the Internet remote operation field flow level comprehensive experimental platform and the remote fault automatic diagnosis system of the experimental platform.The main contents of this dissertation include:(1)Embedded control system for on-site flow level comprehensive experimental bench based on stm32 microprocessor,including sensor data acquisition,WiFi network communication,waterway switch control and flow level adjustment,touch screen based Human-computer interaction,etc.;(2)Designing a remote fault automatic diagnosis system based on Node.js server framework,realizing communication through the Internet and on-site flow level comprehensive experimental station communication,client communication,remote experiment,fault detection,statistical analysis,etc.(3)Complete the networking and system joint debugging of six sets of remote flow/level comprehensive detection experimental platform.The remote flow/level comprehensive detection experiment system of six sets of on-site experimental benches has been completed by this dissertation,and a remote open experimental platform based on Alibaba Cloud IaaS layer has built.The system was launched in May 2018,and it was available from October to December.92 students from Southeast University completed the independent flow/level experiment,and the novel experimental process and effect have been widely praised by students.
