Research Of Heterogeneous Information Integration Of Digital Campus Base On J2ee

Due to the stage characteristics of IT technique development, there are large quantities of heterogeneous database in the network, which causes impediment to the exchange and integration of information. The old scheme of information integration no longer satisfies current information requirements. With the rapid development of technique and the increasingly tightness of each business agency, it's more and more important that these isolated systems should be effectively connected and information share degree be improved.The technology of heterogeneous information integration is to resolve the problem of convenient and flexible information accessing between heterogeneous information. During the process of researching on heterogeneous information integration, for defects of traditional integration technology (federal database, Mediation and data warehouse), the thesis adopts popular J2EE, Web service and XML technologies in recent years to implement interoperability and integration of heterogeneous information.Based on the general requirements by the construction and management of digital campus and current operation of various teaching, scientific research and logistics activities, the thesis analyzes the pros and cons of the mainstream computer technology and under the desigh philosophy of "Workflow being the principal line, data required by clients is organized by it", an overall frame based on J2EE to solve the heterogeneous information integration system of digital campus is created. The thesis also probes into the structure and system of information platform sharing and ineroperability as well as the data element, dataset, workflow, collaborative work and the realization of workflow integration, and it proposes that the solution of heterogeneous information integration based on J2EE has realized the data acquisition of various heterogeneous information and distribution application system, thus the use ratio of independent application system beween various functional department is greatly promoted and the costs of operational activities are lowered. Besides, the work efficiency of various office work is improved, which has played an important role in construction of a digital campus and good results are secured.
