Design And Implementation Of Digital Campus For Data Integration

Digitalized campus performs a significant function in terms of teaching, scientific research, living and information service for Tianjin Maritime College. It is an indispensable information tool for the faculties and students in their daily work and study. Digitalized campus involves more than 20 systems, including educational administrative system, personal affairs system, OA cooperative office system, scientific research system, students' orientation and leaving school system, E-mail system and digitalized campus system. It is critically necessary to integrate all the redundant date resulting from these systems.Based on the data integration of information system in Tianjin Maritime College, this thesis analyzes the project construction plan and realizes a series of functions including data center construction, personal portal, data capture and push of all systems, users' permission, single sign on technology, data analysis.On the whole, the development of this system takes the full consideration of the realistic requirements and needs of Tianjin Maritime College. After the test of data integration, it achieved satisfying outcome, reducing the redundant data. It solves many problems like multi user name of one person, information isolation and so on. It provides convenience for all the student s and faculties and makes great contribution for the informational development of our college.
