As the third generation mobile communications technology development, China has achieved great achievements in mobile communications, and has become the largest number of mobile phones worldwide countries. As one of the mobile communication essential module-Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card in the mobile communication network, a central role is completing authentication betweenmobile phone devices and mobile communication networks. How to ensure that the USIM card's quality has become a continuing concern in three operators, including CMCC, CUCC, CTCC. The topic is dedicated to the construction of USIM card remote detection system for the USIM card detection and quality control issue.This paper analyzes and studies the current mainstream smart card software technology, especially for embedded software testing techniques software testing technology, based on these techniques to determine the detection range of functional requirements for detection system. By comparing B/S, and C/S structure of the different control technology, to determine system architecture and core technology for the USIM card remote detection system, which uses B/S architecture, to transfer detection instructions and response by ActiveX embedded WEB page in the browser, when the WEB page is accessed the first time, the ActiveX is automatically downloaded and installed, using ActiveX to transparent transfer the test instructions data between distance detection system platform and card reader (card). The theme is not subject to restrictions.of traditional stand-alone client, as long as access to the Internet, together with the reader device can be remotely detected, solved the constraints on the single version; the theme can store the real-time remote test results on the server side automatically, completely replace the manual to statistics and analyzes, to improve work efficiency. This paper mainly describes the USIM card remote detection system design and implementation methods, analyzes the system key technology, determine the system architecture and design the system interface.This paper also carried out simultaneously for the system functional testing and compatibility testing. The results show that the system solves the limitations of stand-alone detection software, USIM card detection improved the quality and efficiency of operators, and operators now take active steps to promote.
