With the progress and development of curriculum reform experiment, the assessment and test of the nine-year compulsory education is undergoing a transmutation toward the direction of comprehensive quality. The fast development of modern technology and the application of computer science in every walk of life offer a technical support to this transmutation and form the foundation of the development and application of electronic portfolio system.It is required in the Compendium of Curriculum Reform in Fundamental Education (Practice) that information technology should be integrated with curriculum, and with which as the criterion, together with the writer's research data and analysis result, this dissertation carries out a detailed investigation into the present development of electronic portfolio, probes into and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of constructing a student electronic portfolio system, so as to design and realize an innovative primary/secondary school student electronic portfolio system suitable both to the assessment of comprehensive quality and to the interactive communication among teachers, students and parents. The contribution of this dissertation is as follows:1.Based on the investigation on the real-life application requirements, the modeling of primary/secondary school electronic portfolio is provided;2.Based on the requirement analysis, the primary/secondary school electronic portfolio management system is designed;3.The implementation of the system, especially that of the "Work Show" model, is introduced.In the section of the systematic design, according to the practical application, this dissertation analyzes the demand of all sorts of users, and then based on the analysis result, it designs in detail the database of the system and gives out the simplified ER chart of the database. The design is carried out in two aspects:one being the hardware and the other being the software, in which the systematic software constructed is divided into two ends:front-end user interface and the back-end user interface. The front-end is the interactive platform for the interactive communication among teachers, students and parents; the back-end is for the system administrator to administrate the portfolio data and supervise the running of the system. In the realization of the system, from a project perspective, this dissertation explains in detail the process of realizing the dynamic system of this innovative primary/middle school student portfolio. First, it introduces the running mode of the system and the platform for development environment; then, it analyses the SSH structure of the platform and its advantages, and explains in detail the relative configuration; finally, it specifically cites several major functional modules and describes the actual procedure of the implementation.With the aid of the internet and database, this system carries out the recording and representation of the growing-up file, though which, teachers, students and parents could easily communicate with each other interactively. It could not only promote the progress of students, but also offer an electronic tool to assess students' comprehensive quality.
