Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the Chinese Medicine Yang Xue Run Fu Fang (YXRFF) in the treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.It provide basis for the feasibility of Chinese medical science treating on facial hormone dependence dermatitis and can be widely used in The clinical diagnosis.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in treatment group,treated with the Tradition Chinese Medicine YXRFF,30 cases in control group,treated with ebastine tablets.The two groups both treated with shi run shao shang gao.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,observe the clinic affect by the signs that,erythema,scales,inflammatory whelk,angiote-lectasis,itch,dry and tight.Results:The total effective ratio respectively was 93.33%,70.00% in two groups in integrated efficacy.There was significant difference shown between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese Medicine YXRFF is ffective and safe for treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis and worth to be recommended in clinical application.
