ObjectiveThe thesis focuses on the therapeutic effect and safety of Min fu decoction during the cure of Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis (External wind-heat syndrome) from symptom, sign, skin changes and others aspects.And analysis of this method is possible and compare the therapy two different prescriptions for the efficacy, expect to further standardized, standardization and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis, to facial hormone dependence dermatitis clinical treatment to provide more information to play certain clinical effect.MethodsThe subject adopts random-matching method to make the clinical research. After signing the informed consents, seventy-two Patient with Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis (External wind-heat syndrome) were randomly divided into treatment group and matched group. The treatment group resorts to the Min fu decoction, while the control group resorts to compound Modified Sanhuang Lotion. All patients take the oral granule prescribed by professor Huang Ying for four week. Observe pruritus score changes, adverse reactions and relapses. And conduct statistical analysis with SPSS17.0 to analyze the efficacy and result.Result1. In the group were compared respectively to redness, burning, itching, scaling, lesion area observation index of the integral of the two groups before and after treatment, the p of all indexes were<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that two groups of Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis (External wind-heat syndrome) in red swelling, burning, itching, scaling, the lesion area were significantly improved.2. Two groups after treatment of comprehensive curative effect between the two groups, the treatment group total effectiveness 93.8%, control group total effective rate was 96.8%, P>0.05, which means the two groups shows equivalent efficacy;3. treatment group the curative effect observation of single index index comparison, pruritus P=0.00< 0.05, there was statistical the significance of differences, said Min fu Decoction in improving pruritus is superior to apply modified Sanhuang lotion. Lesion area, coefficient of variation in the control group than the control group, the control group was better than that in treatment group. Burning and itching, redness, P< 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, two observation group on the curative effect of redness, burning, scaling and other aspects of no difference.4. The treatment group had 1 cases of noncompliance, symptoms increase, cold wet compress with water and continue, no obvious adverse reactions, which means Min fu decoction is safe and reliable for application.Conclusion1. Both Min fu decoction and Modified Sanhuang Lotion are effective to cure Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis (External wind-heat syndrome). But Min fu decoction is better on improving pains and pruritus scores.2. There is no obvious adverse reaction during the cure of Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis (External wind-heat syndrome) by Min fu decoction, and therapeutic effect is obvious in the short run, which expands the clinical application of Min fu decoction.3. The research shows Min fu decoction is safe and effective to cure Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis (External wind-heat syndrome), and worth generalizing.
