The Clinical Study Of Using The Chinese Medicine Liangxueqingfutang To Cure Hormone Dependence Facial Dermatitis

Objective:The objective of the research is to investigate the clinical effects of the Chinese Medicine LiangXueQingFuTang (LXQFT) in treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.To investigate the mechanism of LXQFT,and to explore the active of Chinese Medicine in treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.To promot the application of the Chinese Medicine in clinic.Methods:The 63 patients of HDD were randomly divided into two groups 32 cases in treatment group,treated with the Traditional Chinese Medicine LXQFT,and 31 cases in control group,treated with the tablets of antihistamines.The course of the treatment was 2 months.After 2 months of the treatment,observe the clinic affect by the signs of the erythematic,inflammatory whelk,engorge,angiotelectasts,pruritus and other complaint.Results:The treatment group surpasses the control group in total effect,and surpasses the control group in most monomial symptoms and the symptom of TCM.This has been provided with statistics.The treatment group has no conspicuous disparity with the control group in improving TCP and AP.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective for treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
