The Clinical Research Of Effects On Treatment Of Facial Hormone Dependence Dermatitis With Traditional Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Xiao Feng Powder

Background:Hormone-dependent dermatitis is due to long-term repeated improper use of hormone drugs. The disease is often recurrent,persistent,prolonged refractory.There is no ideal therapy for this disease of modern medicine.Drawing out toxic heat accumulated in the human body and make it be cleared is approach to the treatment of traditional medicine about this disease. At the same time to improve the physique, make related to return to a normal state. And there has been the certain effect.Objective:To observe the combination of Xiao Feng Powder with topical drugs in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis with syndrome of wind-heat damage to the skin, And make an effective guidance for the future treatment of this disease in clinical treatment.Methods:We randomly divide46clinical eases who conform to the inclusion criteria of hormone-d-ependent dermatitis with syndrome of wind-heat damage to the skin into two groups,and there are23Patient in either group. The treatment group which is treated by the combination of Xiao Feng Powder with topical drugs is a treatment for four weeks. The control group which is trea-ted by the combination of Xiao Feng granules with topical drugs is a treatment for four wee-ks.The treatment group is given Xiao Feng Powder which has been boiled twice a day. The control group is given Xiao Feng granules lOg everytime and three times a day. Topical drugs:two groups both cover the gauze on the face which is sprayed by Lan Ke Fu Ning liquid on,15-20minutes every time and twice a day. Before the start of treatment in both groups disable all corticosteroid drugs. While the treatment group and the control group treated for4weeks,and respectively,make records patients’like pruritus, erythema and other subjective and objective symptoms on the treatment-day and do the same as every week. At last we will make an e evaluation of efficacy.Results:There are6cured patients in the treatment group (26.09%),13patients have a significant effect (56.52%),3patients have improved (13.04%) just one have no change with this treatmen (4.35%),and effective rate reach82.61%. There are4cured patients in the treatment group (17.39%),9patients have a significant effect (39.13%),5patients have improved (21.74%),5patients have no change with this treatmen (21.74%),and effective rate reach56.52%.After statistical analysis, we can make a conclusion that the effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher then one of the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Feng Powder is an effective drugs in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis with syndrome of wind-heat damage to the skin.Combining it with Lan Ke Fu Ning liquid which covers face has a higher effective rate then combination of Xiao Feng granules with Lan Ke Fu Ning liquid.There is a significant difference between the treatmen group and the control group (P<0.05).
