Authorcure facial hormone dependence dermatitis by chinese traditional medicines withbloodletting therapy, In clinic observation, which has marked therapeutic effect forimproving and curing facial hormonal dependence dermatitis. We improve thediscussing about selection of drugs and operative technique. By obsevingimplementation condition for the rapeutic efficacy and studying possible mechanism.It provide basis for the feasibility of chinese medical science treating on facialhormone dependence dermatitis and can be widely used in the clinical diagnosis.[Materials and methods] All case history all become outpatients in department ofdermatology of hubei provincial hospital of traditional chinese medicine, 68 cases,All patients were positive for degree unequal face pruritus, tension, erythema,desiccated and desquamation. Face telangiectasia 46 cases(67.65%), adermotrophia23 cases(33.82%), folliculitis papulosis 20 cases(29.41%) and red swelling,exudution, dermatauxe 6 cases(8.82%). Among these patients, there were 23cases were co infected with bacteria, 13 cases were complicated. With fungusinfection, 6 cases were infected with acarids and 3 cases were double infected withbacteria and activities. The pationts were divided into two groups are that chinesedrugs adapt bloodletting therapy: group which was treated with V.A and oralterfenadine: the comparative group. There are 34 rats in the group which hastreated with V.A, male 7, female 27. The age ranged from 14 years to 53 years, themean age of patients at operation was 20.8 years. There are 34 rats in the controlgroups, male 7, female 27. The age ranged from 11 years to 50 years; the mean age of patients at operation was 20.36 years. Significant differents in age, sex, theduration of diatotes and conditions were not found between the two groups(P＞0.05),There was a comparision between the two groups. Observation:①The integral of characteristics of injuries of face follow upwas perfornmed one week of pretherapy, one week of post-therapy, two weeks ofpost-therapy and 3 months later between the two groups;②To compare the rate ofcompletely cured and the total efficacy rate after treatment between the two groups;③To compare the number treatment course for healing after treatment between twogroups;④The observation of relationship patient age, cause of disease and thecondition with the effect.[Results]The results show that;①There was no significant difference on the degreeof lesional skin and subjective symptom before treatment between the twogroups(P＞0.05), There was a comparison; There was significant different on theeffect alleviation of lesional skin and subjective symptom after treatment periodwere 1 to 2 weeks between the two groups(P＜0.05);②The treatment courses for fullremission of the treating group was obviously under than that of the controlgroup(P＞0.05);③The results of follow-up showed that there were no significantdifference of long-term treatment between the treating group and the controlgroup(P＞0.05);④There were no significant diference in comparing curative rate andtotal effective rate before and after therapy between two groups(P＞0.05);⑤Theresults of the assoiated factors and the observiation of the curative effect showed thatthere were relationships between the effect and patientage, course, condition. Thepatients who were young or the shorter the course of the disease or the better clinicalconditions, were likely to have relatively better therapeutic effects.[Conclusions] As for treatment methods hormone dependence dermatitis, clinicalreport using chinese medicine are most, it showed that it has advatages for usingchinese medicine treatment for the disease. According to the traditional chinesemedicine, hormone is medicine of restoring yang and heat build up, it hasdisadvantage of prodcing heat, consumption of the body fluid, stenic yang andinjuring yin if long term use. The hormones drug are equivalent to the chinesetraditional medicine of pungent drying or sweet warming, it will support yang, turninto heat and consume yin for a long time. Therefore, the treating principles arecleaning hot, colling blood, nourish yin to moisten dryness and flexibly treatment the disease according to different syndrome, could usually receive the good clinicalcurative effect, emboding the superiority of traditional chinese medicine for thedisease treatment, aviding the side reactions of western medicines and topicalmedication and economic lose. |
