Side wall hovercraft is impelled by water propeller or water jet with light diesel or gas turbine. Thirdly, the paper analyses the characters of water and shore area in Shanghai, the general situation of MSA Shanghai, and also the relative policies, and then gives a plan of choosing base site for hovercrafts in Shanghai by a mathematics module.
