| In October 2013, Xi Jinping, The Chinese President, put forward the construction of "Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century" in the congress of Indonesia when he visited southeast Asia, this is embodiment of further deepen opening to the outside world and implementation strategy of sea power. The basis of "Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century" is interconnectivity among countries involved. Hub ports overseas are the important point of implementation of the construction project. However, existing literature research is less. So the hub port overseas study under the background of the maritime silk route has important practical significance.First, this paper outlines the "Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century"and the main port, summaries hub port and the theory of port choosing. Choosing artificial neural network as the port choosing method in this paper through the comparison and analysis. Then this paper analysis impacting factors of choosing of hub port along Maritime Silk Road, establishing the evaluation index system of choosing of hub port according to the influencing factors. Next this paper analysis the application of BP neural network method in choosing of hub port and makes structure design of the principle of BP neural network model. Then this paper selects samples of hub port along the silk road for BP neural network training and study so as to make mature model. And evaluating among selecting hub ports along "Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century" Through the evaluation of the model of training and implementation, determining the appropriate hub port overseas under the background of the maritime silk route through the evaluation and putting forward the countermeasure and the suggestion of promoting choosing of overseas hub ports. Finally, summarizing the research achievements of this paper and proposing the further research direction in the future. |
