In recent years public buildings is increasing year by year with the problem of high water consumption, in which office buildings are relatively easy to renovation. However, there still lacks a systematic assessment to evaluate the effects of water efficiency renovation, so this research is started to make up the deficiency. Make office buildings water efficiency renovation as the research object, and the target is to form a scientific office buildings water efficiency renovation evaluation system.Firstly, guidelines indicators in the system are determined by summarizing water saving indicators in existed evaluation systems abroad, specific evaluation indicators are confirmed by analyzing water using characters, water consumption problems and water saving abilities in our country, water efficiency renovation benefits indicators are ascertained by analyzing renovation effects on office buildings.Secondly, the office buildings water efficiency renovation evaluation model is constructed according to relationships of indicators, the weight is calculated with Analytic Network Process and Super Decision software.Thirdly, classic filed and control filed of evaluation indicators are confirmed, and the level that one indicator belongs to is determined with the extension element matter model evaluation method, so we can evaluate effects of office buildings'water efficiency renovation and kinds of indicators.Finally two different projects are evaluated with the evaluation system that we have constructed, evaluation results not only reflect the effect of the whole project, but also reflect the shortcomings of indicators, which would provide future provisions for the next water efficiency renovation process. The results prove that the evaluation system in this paper can make scientific decisions, and it would guide future water efficiency renovation projects, meanwhile, constructing model with ANP and the extension element model could be references of methods for water efficiency renovation systems of other types buildings. |
