Nowadays, environmental protection has become a very important factor ofproduction, human life, work in the. At present the environmental protection based onmodern science and technology, in line with sustainable development as theproduction and living environment, providing rich prospects for sustainable andharmonious human society and nature. But in the early70’s of the twentieth Century,a substantial increase in oil production, environmental pollution has been a seriousthreat to the survival of mankind, and by the focus of various countries, manycountries began to study it, and to take appropriate coping strategies. Many countrieshave put their attention on conventional energy saving achieved remarkable results, atthe same time, to realize the importance of the environment, the environmental impactfactors of understanding, understand the importance of each factor is very importantfor today’s environmental issues. As the main body of the oil industry, oil and gasfield development and construction, is a contains a variety of process systemengineering project categories include: ground and underground, the main processincludes the geological exploration, drilling, logging and downhole operation, oilproduction, gathering, transportation and distribution engineering, but in theconstruction stage specific in the influencing factor of environment is not the same.Ten oil and gas blocks house position in Siping City of Jilin Province, the ten oilproduction plant under the house, has four or five subsidiaries, exploration anddevelopment of the eight house, Gu Jia Zi, Qin Jiatun, PI, new legislation in oil andgas field. Also different mining produced in theprocess of blowout, fire, explosion, poisoning and other environmental risks, the"guide" construction project environmental risk assessment of HJ/T169-2004in twograde evaluation, analysis and evaluation of the project, the probability is lower thanthe industry standard, the proposed project construction risk within an acceptablerange.
