In an era with diversified products,with the continuous increase of users’ demands,mine manufacturing enterprises are faced with great challenges.Mine machinery belongs to the category of large special equipment.Many designer think that it is a kind of product having no strong relation with form beauty,so the domestic mining machinery industry pays too much attention to the function and structure in the development and design of the product,but neglects its form design.Therefore,the domestic mining machinery industry is at disadvantage in the competition with the same foreign industry.Enterprises want to make emotional and personal products to meet the emotional needs of users and thus improving competitiveness of products.Kansei engineering is a method of converting the emotional tendency of the user to the product modeling elements.Therefore,if the Kansei engineering method can be applied to the design of Crusher modeling,it is expected to be another progress of molding machine design.On the basis of this,a research on modeling design of mine machinery based on Kansei Engineering is developed-a topic taking the design of Crusher as an example.In this study,the network platform,field investigation,user interviews and questionnaires are adopted to select samples of Crusher;the KJ method,cluster analysis,multivariate scale analysis,focus group discussion methods etc are used to screen the samples to find the final samples and then their modeling design elements are extracted;By using questionnaires,expert panel discussions,factor analysis,7th order semantic scale,and cluster analysis,the final Kansei vocabulary is selected.The final samples of the final Kansei words are tested and analyzed by means of multiple regression and Quantification I analysis.Through the analysis of the correlation between the morphological elements and the emotional elements of the Crusher,the valuable modeling elements are extracted,and the designers have provided the basis for the design of the Crusher.For example,in the analysis of this group of Kansei words(novel-conservative),the ratio of length and height in the first category is 5:1-4:1,which shows that comparing with other two categories,the Kansei word tends to be novel.While the ratio of length and height of the third category is less than 3:1,and the Kansei word tends to be on the right,that is conservative.Therefore,the quantitative relationship between the morphological elements,categories and Kansei words of the Crusher is established through experiments,which provides a reference for the designers in the shape design;provides a more accurate market positioning for sand machine design;provides an effective way to improve the competitiveness of products;and promotes the development of modeling design of mine machinery with the research on modeling design of Crusher.Based on this study,the modeling design method of Crusher based on Kansei engineering meets the user’s requirements of quality,diversity,differentiation and individuation and is a scientific method for communication between designers and users.It not only helps designers grasp the Crusher style and improve the level of Crusher industry,but also provides a new method for modeling design of Crusher.It is expected that this study can be applied to other fields of modeling design of mine machinery. |
