Evaluation Of Development Capability Of Guizhou Eco-type SME Based On AHP And Factor Analysis

In recent years,the issue of protecting the ecological environment and achieving sustainable development has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.The state has been continuously promoting the ecological civilization construction,and firmly established the development concept of “lucid water and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.Guizhou also regards the “big ecology” strategy as one of the three major development strategies,and builds an ecological civilization pilot zone,for actively developing and implementing ecological civilization construction.Eco-friendly small and micro enterprises take green development as their business concept.Based on this concept,they pay attention to the use of environmentally-friendly and energy-saving raw materials,stress the use of low-consumption and pollution-free production processes,create ecological products,and pay attention to the recycling of used products.All these efforts make significant contributions to local tax revenue,employment,and economy,which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic development.This paper selects Guizhou's representative ecological small and micro enterprises as the research objects according to three dimensions of criteria(industry types,geographical distribution and enterprise scale).Through theoretical research,the research status at home and abroad is researched,and the concept of ecological small and micro enterprises is made.The influencing factors of the development capability of ecological small and micro enterprises are located through documentary research and expert investigation.On this basis,according to the influence on the ecological small and micro enterprises,these factors are divided into the factors of the development-quality-influencing of ecological small and micro enterprises and the factors of development-security-influencing.Through the document research method,the development quality level and development security level evaluation index system of ecological small and micro enterprises is constructed.The factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of the factors affecting the development quality,and the quality score of the sample enterprise development is calculated by doing so.Through the expert investigation method,the score of the relative importance of factors influencing the development security is calculated.The AHP analysis method is used to obtain the index weights of each factor,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the scores of the development security of the sample enterprises.Finally,the weighted method is used to obtain the comprehensive score of the development ability of Guizhou ecological micro-enterprises,and the spatial distribution map of the sample enterprises is drawn according to the score.According to the empirical results,it can be concluded that the development capability of Guizhou ecological micro-enterprises is affected by multiple factors such as external macro-environment and internal development of the enterprise;Guizhou's ecological micro-enterprises have a low overall development capability.The number of leading enterprises is insufficient,and the number of enterprises with high development level is small;the development capacity of Guizhou ecological small and micro enterprises is imbalanced,and the weakness of enterprise development is much prominent.Based on this situation,the development of Guizhou eco-type small and micro enterprises should firmly follow the policies.At the same time,the quality of ecological products should be strictly controlled to meet the growing demand for eco-products;the production capacity and innovation ability and deep processing capabilities of enterprises should be strengthened to promote industrial upgrading and endogenous power.Finally,vertical and horizontal cooperation between enterprises should be strengthened to achieve grouped development,and improve the development capacity of Guizhou ecological micro-enterprises,to promote Guizhou's ecological small and micro enterprises to be more sustainable,more competitive,and more prosperous.
