Research On The Positioning Modle Of Engineering Project Materials Purchasing Based On Factor Analysis

Project procurement management is one of the important parts of project management,which is closely related to the whole process of project construction and the material basis of project construction.At the same time,the project procurement management plays a key role in the profit,progress and quality of the project.Therefore,project procurement management is a link that enterprises must attach great importance to in project management.As an important part of purchasing management,the classified management of purchased materials is the key factor of purchasing management.Starting from the direction of engineering project procurement management,this paper studies the positioning management of engineering project material procurement.Through the positioning and grading of the purchased materials,it provides the basis for the process optimization and cost control of the procurement management.First of all,through the research on the related theories of procurement management,this paper proposes to establish a Kraljic matrix material classification model based on factor analysis method,and pays attention to the optimization and improvement scheme of procurement management after material classification.Then,starting from the two dimensions of value potential and procurement risk,focusing on the focus of gas engineering,23 evaluation elements of procurement risk and value potential are analyzed and proposed,and the corresponding evaluation index system is successfully established.Finally,the material classification positioning model suitable for gas engineering project is constructed.Finally,taking e company as an example,this paper uses the procurement material positioning model proposed in this paper to verify the classification management of gas engineering project materials,and according to the characteristics of different materials,implements targeted procurement strategies for various types of materials,which improves the procurement management ability of E company.This paper proposes a classification model of purchasing materials based on factor analysis,which makes the material selection and management more targeted,and achieves the purpose of improving the efficiency of purchasing management and reducing the risk.
