The Environmental Justice Between Urban And Rural And Its Realization

The environmental injustice under the trend of Chinese urban and rural areas dualization mainly reflected in three aspects: the value lost of the environmental legislation justice;the unequal distribution of the government environmental public service;urban environmental pollution transferred from cities to rural areas.From single legal governance mechanism to multiple rules legal governance mechanism,from the governance of a single subject to multiple subjects cooperation and the diversification of participators of rural environmental dispute resolution are optimal path of breakthrough the traditional governance dilemma.Integration of environmental legislation,establishment of legal principles for the purpose of environmental justice of the urban and rural areas,establishment of a special legal regime of rural environmental protection as the core are the legislative arrangements under the concept of environmental justice.
