Research On Multi-agent Cooperation Governance Optimization In Community Environment Governance Under The Background Of Garbage Classification

The process of modernization in our country is accelerating,the living standards of residents are constantly improving,and the main social contradictions in our country have also become more concerned about people’s needs for a better life.The economy has neglected environmental protection in the rapid development of the economy.In recent years,there have been social problems such as smog and the greenhouse effect.In the community,there have been long-term environmental problems such as sanitation,noise pollution,and scarcity of green plants.The community is the most basic unit of social grassroots governance.The main living place of the people.The quality of the environment directly affects the happiness index of their lives.Good community environmental governance is the cornerstone of rapid and healthy social development.Therefore,community environmental governance in recent years Aroused the attention of all circles of society and academic research.With the improvement of social environmental awareness,the community environment has been improved,but it cannot be maintained for a long time,which seriously damages the health of the community residents and also greatly reduces the residents’ happiness in life.With the successive introduction of national garbage classification policies,the importance of community environmental governance has once again been emphasized.This article integrates the cooperative governance theory into the community environmental governance,and studies the optimal countermeasures for the multi-agent governance of the community environment from the perspective of cooperative governance.As the first batch of waste classification pilot cities in the country,Chongqing has conducted in-depth interviews with typical streets,community neighborhood committees,and residents of Chongqing and distributed online survey questionnaires to understand the current status of various subjects in community environmental governance and the existence of multiple subjects in multiple cooperative governance of community environments The problems of low degree of cooperation,unsmooth cooperation channels,unsustainable cooperative governance and low efficiency of cooperative governance have seriously affected the results of community environmental governance.This article analyzes the reasons behind the current multi-agent governance of community environment from four dimensions:cooperation foundation,cooperation guarantee,cooperation degree,and cooperation conditions.Based on the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of community environment multi-agent cooperative governance,combined with the research results of scholars at home and abroad,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of multi-agent cooperative governance in community environmental governance,including the construction of the role of each subject in community environmental governance and improvement of the community environment Laws and regulations,cooperation governance power and operation mechanism related to multi-agent cooperation governance,enhance the cooperation awareness of various subjects,broaden participation channels,promote modern governance methods,build online and offline cooperation platforms,and then achieve sustainable community environment diversity Subject cooperative governance.
