| Deterioration of ecological environment threatens the survival and the development of human survival environment, exacerbated the tension between man and nature relationship, and human society faces serious ecological crisis. Reflections on the ecological crisis, in which we see the human factor accounted for a large degree on how to mitigate and even overcome the ecological crisis, is currently an important issue.Only when people first set up the correct world outlook and values , we can establish a harmonious relationship based on respect between man and nature , the global environmental crisis can be expected to fundamentally resolved. This essay tries to reveal and explore its contemporary value through the ecological and environmental protection thought of Xunzi, and puts it into the modern environmental law construction, completes the transformation from tradition to reality, and promotes the environmental construction of the rule, in order to achieve the harmony between man and nature. This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:The first part: Ecological idea of Xunzi. The first part first pointed out that Chinese traditional culture contains a large number of environmental thoughts, it affect our rule of law.
