The Enlightenment Of Marxist Ecological Thought On The Construction Of Environmental Law In Our Country

In now the society,the plight of the ecological environment,very harsh endangering people's survival and healthy development,the consciousness of the whole world and practice world is looking for a solution to the ecological environment of fear.Because of the birth of marxism,the problem of ecological environment and its response have been placed in the prominent position of theoretical research.The exploration of Marx's theory of ecology does not have to question the price of far-reaching benefits and knowledge.At the same time,Marx's ecological theory and system integrity,materialism,ecological construction of the theory of ecology,should follow the guidance of Marx's ecological theory.We know that in both abroad and at home,research of Marx's theory in the field of promotion is not particularly comprehensive and integrated.Related research also only stay in Marx's writings details about ecological and thought,and deeply analyzes its theoretical value and its guiding value for contemporary research are relatively few.The lack of understanding of ecological problems often leads some scholars to ignore the theoretical basis of law;Some marxist scholars ignored the important value of law.This paper analyzes Marx's ecology from the macroscopic view,and analyzes the microscopic analysis of ecological value and contemporary guiding significance.It is hope that that article in this paper can analyze its value from Marx's ecology and provide some guidance for the development of the law of the environment.It was divide into four chapters and that first chap was that interpretation of marxist ecological thinking.This part describes the connotation of ecological consciousness and the ecological consciousness of development experience,and discusses the ecological system of Marx.The second chapter describes the basic knowledge of ecological law and the basic knowledge of the ecological and the ecological and the ecological and the ecological laws of the ecological and the ecological laws of the world,and the third chapter on the founding of the new China,which is the process of the Marx ecological theory of the Chinese and the reality of the Chinese law.Fourth chapter from the fundamental marxist ecological theory to guide and ecology field in China to build on the reform of the ecosystem,spoke marxist ecological theory enlightenment in the governance of law of our country to build two direction.It expatiate on that traditional experience control of Marx's theory of ecology,and discusses the use of the theory of Marx's ecology in the law of ecological evolution in China,and discusses the guidance of Marx's ecology theory in Chinese ecological evolution law,the direction of Marx's ecology theory,the change of ecological and ecological environment law scheme,and the promotion of the reality ofecological law on road.
