Research On The Construction Of Environmental Rule Of Law In The Perspective Of Morality

With the rapid development of social economy,especially large-scale industrialization and urbanization, making the global ecological environment worsening.Today, environmental pollution, ecological destruction, resource depletion and other ecological crisis has seriously threatened the survival and healthy development of human. China's ecological environment is facing more pressure than any other country in the world, resource and energy problems than any other countries should be prominent, to solve it than any country should be difficult.How to deal with the ecological crisis and protect our survival of the home has becoming a subject of contemporary scholars to think about. The causes of environmental pollution are multifaceted, both economic reasons, institutional reasons, and valuable reasons. At present, China's environmental laws and regulations have been relatively complete,but the same period of environmental conditions have gradually deteriorated, the effect of environmental law and people's expectations for environmental legislation is far apart., this subject attempts to do a deep thinking and analysis of how to achieve the environmental rule of law in China from the perspective of the combination of law and ethics. And making specific recommendations in the development of good environmental legislation, regulate the fair and selfless environmental law enforcement and justice, and improve the public environmental protection and morality.
