In higher vocational education, mathematics teaching affects directly the students’ professional courses, skills training and the future development. Higher vocational mathematics education is divided into three modules:basic module, application module, and improvement module. Complex function and integral transform, which belongs to the application module as part of Advanced Mathematics, is a mathematical basic course for the electrical and the automation majors. Its primary mission is to serve professional curriculum. But the current mathematical education situation is worrying. The reform should be put first for each of vocational mathematical researchers. On the basis of the questionnaire survey in the vocational college students and deep analysis, this article, combining the teaching task and characteristics, puts forward some views and opinions on the teaching contents, methods, means, the assessment methods and the mathematics teachers’quality in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses the higher vocational education of complex function and integral transform in six chapters.Chapter One:Introduction. This part elaborates the research background, significance, methods, content, ideas and the profession-oriented teaching mode. Chapter Two:The students’ learning status. This part demonstrates the present learning status through a questionnaire survey, analysis and discussions. Chapter Three:The reform of profession-oriented teaching content. According to the current teaching content status, it is proposed that the mathematics teaching contents should be compiled by mathematics teachers, professionals and business partners together to meet the professional needs.Chapter Four:The teaching methods and means. After analyzing the present teaching methods and means, it is proposed that according to students’ characteristics, mathematics teaching process should be combined with the professional education, to stimulate students’learning interest in order to improve the quality of teaching by better teaching methods and means.P Chapter Five:Assessment methods. Single written examination is not conducive to the students learning motivation. In the teaching process, multivariate evaluation from knowledge, ability and emotion should be applied, and the evaluation of learning process should be paid much attention to, which is to promote the students to participate actively in class activities and learn initiatively.Chapter Six:The teachers’ comprehensive quality. The quality of teachers affects the teaching quality. Mathematics teachers in higher vocational schools should require not only profound professional mathematical knowledge, but also the ability of flexible mathematical application to solve practical problem.
