Problem consciousness is the power of thinking and the precondition of innovation. Edueational innovation is required of school edueation by times and society and it has a positive social meaning that improve students' innovative consciousness and innovation ability through the problem consciousness training in the course of teaching. However,our present educational status shows a gap between the demand and supply of creative person, and students can't pose their own problems by lack of problem consciousness. The lack of students' problem consciousness is not only a tragedy of education, but also a tragedy of national. Society needs innovative talents today. To discuss and study the problem of how to strengthen the students' problem consciousness becomes very urgent and necessary. Physics is the foundation of all natural sciences, and its knowledge points and teaching methods all contains the problems and innovative material. Between the university physics education and question consciousness has the very close conjunction spot. It can be said that "problem" finding and "problem" solving is the soul of the college physics education,and it has a unique advantage of training the students ' problem consciousness. I want to make a discussion in my article of how we train the students' problem consciousness, and hope to find a teaching strategy which can adapt the actual need. This article,besides the introduction, altogether is divided four parts. The introduction part elaborated the selected topic reason; cleared about the meaning of the problem, consciousness, problem consciousness and physical problem consciousness.introduced domestic and foreign research present situation and the research method of this thesis. The first part elaborated the present situation of the lack of college students' problem consciousness and consequences. The second part elaborated the vital significance of training students' problem consciousness: it is advantageous in raising students' independent; it is advantageous in optimizing students' thought quality and it is advantageous in raising students' innovation spirit. The third part has analyzed the reasons for the lack of college students' problem consciousness from the teacher and the student aspect. And on this basis, the fourth part combined with the practical teaching of university physics, from the different angle, proposed some strategies of training student's problem consciousness in teaching: establish a democratic classroom atmosphere; combine the deductive method of teaching with inductive method of teaching;effective use of classroom questions; construct problem scene;teach students to ask questions of the general approach; improve the teaching evaluation and increase the amount of students' extracurricular reading. Finally is the conclusion, has carried on the brief summary and the forecast to this research.After consults predecessor's literature and author several passes through the ponder, finally becomes this article. But, students' problem consciousness and the innovation ability training is a long-term process, and in a short year teaching research, inevitable existence certain limitation and one-sidedness. The teaching practice research is somewhat one-sided, but if can be useful to the first-line teachers, this article will not be virtual.
